The Eighth Sign of the Apocalypse

My 67-year-old mother got a Facebook account the other night.  The following is a text exchange between me and Robin after she received a Friend Request from her grandmother:

"Facepage" I love it! I think I'm safe...I can't even get them to read my blog, even though they both argue over who spends more time in front of the computer.

Oh, one day we'll be 67, and our chillins will be mocking us on some unthought-of technology. Then you'll pay for it!!

think about all the kids who are a generation below you that have been saying the same thing since the facebook was opened up to people that aren't in college.

As much as I'd like to laugh at our mother, I can't. For the longest time I kept calling it "Myface".
